HomesCINEMA create professional, persuasive video sales presentations for your property. These video presentations can be viewed via an estate agent web site, as a stand-alone site, via a podcast or with a DVD player – you choose which works best for you.

Here’s how to get started:
1 Choose which base package best suits your needs & budget
2 Then add any extras that you may require.
3 Contact us via phone, email or in person with your requirements
4 We will arrange a convenient date (perhaps with a couple of alternatives if weather is a factor) to do the filming
5 We will send you a Shooting Schedule, so you can list all important images that are to appear in the film(s) and any relevant information that you would like included in the Voice Over.
6 We will then confirm with you what is required and how much it will cost

The Production Schedule (Five working days or less)
7 Filming usually takes approximately 90 minutes for Package One, 120 minutes for Packages Two and Three, and between 4 hours and a day for Package 4.
8 Once the shooting is completed, the video footage is transferred to the editing suite to assemble. The clips are all compiled and then the professional Voice Over is added.
9 Prior to release, a final cut of your film(s) will be posted in the customer-only section of our website for you to approve.
10 The films are then transferred to web administration to be made available via the Internet and Podcast if required.
11 If DVDs are necessary, the software team will take the edited films and assemble them into a DVD viewable on PCs and TV systems. Any custom design work or packaging design is completed at this stage too.
12 A final cut DVD will be despatched for your final approval.
13 The DVDs are then duplicated, assembled and despatched.
